How long will I need to stay to start seeing results?
As I always like to say, organizing is a journey, not a destination.
Some of our members choose to stay with us for years, organizing every nook and cranny of their house.
Others get what they need after just a few months inside C2C.
If you show up and do the work alongside us, you will be able to make meaningful progress on at least one area of your home in just 30 days.
Where you choose to go after that… Well, that's up to you!
How easy is it to cancel my membership?
Super easy! All you need to do is log into your membership portal, and navigate to the Customer Portal page, and press the "Cancel Membership" button.

How do I access the membership materials?
All of our membership materials are hosted inside our private membership platform. You will be able to access it immediately after making your purchase.
When are the live calls? And what happens if I can't make one?
Here's a sneak peek at our monthly membership schedule:
We might switch around the times/add some extra calls to accommodate some of our European members once in a while… But for now, this is where we're at.
All calls are held on Zoom. You will receive a reminder email with a Zoom link for the meeting a few hours before the call.
And if you can't make it? A recording of the call will be waiting for you in the membership portal within 24 hours.
How much 1:1 support will I get inside the membership?
A pretty ridiculous amount. (I think some of my private clients might get a little jealous when they see what YOU get every month.)
We are currently capping our membership enrollment at 100 founding members in order to keep the community as small & intimate as possible.
That means you will get plenty of opportunities to get your questions answered during one of the 4 (!) LIVE workshops we do every month OR our Weekly FB Group Office Hours.

What if I make time for all of these classes? Will I fall behind?
While there's really no such thing as being "behind" in Chaos to Calm…

One of them only takes 10 minutes to go through… And can still help you make MAJOR progress on your organizing goals.
Do I have to turn my camera on during the live Q&A calls/The Organizing Playground?
Not at all! While we would love to see your beautiful face on our next Zoom call, you never have to do anything you are not comfortable with.
If you want, you can even send in your question ahead of time (I'll read it out to the group without telling them you sent it).
What if everyone is working on their kitchen but I want to work on my bedroom?
No problem! You always have access to all classes, worksheets, and call recordings from previous events & classes.
Simply navigate to the room you're working on and dive in! Then pop by one of our live calls to ask any questions that pop up.
We are here to celebrate and support you no matter what you're working on.
